City Fringe

Our city fringe units are both 1 bedroom and are within 5k’s of the CBD. They have been selected for their convenient location, with train stations close by.

Both apartments suit the budget conscious traveler or business person, providing the opportunity for privacy and self catering, as well as the convenience of inner city living.

Moonee Ponds is an established middle class and mostly residential area, with some beautiful Federation houses as well as an increasing number of apartment blocks. Moonee Ponds is famous for the beautiful Moonee Valley Racecourse and of course is the home town of Dame Edna Everidge

It is located on the northern side of the city, with excellent access to Tullamarine Airport and the CBD.

The major shopping centre of Highpoint Westfield is nearby and the unit is just a short walk to the attractive strip shopping centre of Moonee Ponds, the Moonee Ponds station and trams into the city.

Richmond is one of the oldest suburbs of Melbourne. Initially a manufacturing area, Richmond is increasingly being converted to residential apartments. The lovely old homes of East Melbourne are just a short stroll away.

Close by is the Epworth Hospital and Medical Centre and the famous Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Visit Bridge Rd Richmond for some of the best clothing outlets in Melbourne and a great range of cafe’s. Alternatively Victoria St Richmond is nearby with its selection of Vietnamese food.

Both first floor units have off street parking included in the price. Each has a combined lounge and dining room, with separate bedrooms for privacy, and is fully furnished, with towels, sheets, cutlery and crockery provided, so all you need to bring are your personal items. Direct dial telephone access is provided.

If you want to be close to the city you may also want to consider one of our inner city units.

Alternatively, our units in the eastern suburbs are only approximately 12k from the CBD.
