The Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne are located about 15k from the CBD and include Box Hill, Doncaster, East Doncaster and Templestowe.

The Eastern Freeway and road systems provide access to the CBD and the airport, as well as to the outer east and south eastern suburbs.

Box Hill is a well established residential suburb with pockets of light industry, a major regional shopping centre and transport hub and state and federal government service centres. There are many parks and walking tracks close by, with excellent primary, secondary and tertiary educational facilities within easy access of the unit.

Box Hill Station is about a 10 minute walk or alternatively you can catch a bus right outside the door to the station and shops. The Box Hill Hospital and associated medical facilities are also close by.

The increasingly multicultural population of Australia is reflected in the wide variety of restaurants and shops in Box Hill.

Doncaster, East Doncaster combines a quality residential area with many parks and reserves.

As well as Westfield Doncaster Shopping Centre as a major regional shopping centre, there are many other excellent shopping centre’s and restaurants.

There are a number of excellent primary and secondary schools within the immediate vicinity as well as very good access to a number of private schools throughout the Eastern Suburbs.

The historic Warrandyte Township on the banks of the Yarra River is close by, as well as the Heide Museum of Modern Art.
