Pricing Details and Conditions of Occupancy
As part of our commitment to making your stay with us an enjoyable experience we provide these pricing details and conditions of occupancy to ensure your booking is confirmed and that you are aware of our payment conditions, prior to staying in our units.
Please note that no booking is valid until payments have been received into our bank account by the due date identifed on your invoice. Unfortunately, late payment may result in a cancellation of the booking, or your current accommodation with us.
The minimum stay for our accommodation is 1 week, with
a 2 week minimum over the Xmas / New year period.
Seasonal rates are applicable for periods including the
Australian Tennis Open, Formula One Grand Prix, AFL finals,
Melbourne Cup Spring Racing Carnival, Christmas and New Year.
All rates are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change
without notice and may depend on the dates and number of
occupants etc.
Security Deposit:
A Security Deposit is required to secure the booking. It will be returned to your credit card or designated Australian bank account after departure from the unit, conditional upon the unit being in a satisfactory condition (cleanliness & damages) and any outstanding accounts (telephone calls) have been settled.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to your arrival, we will retain 50% of the security deposit. If you cancel your booking between 0 and 13 days prior to arrival we will retain 100% of the security deposit.
Accommodation Charges:
All Christmas bookings a have a 2 week minimum charge, even if your stay is shorter. Prices after the minimum booking period are charged pro-rata.
There is an additional final cleaning charge for each unit.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% is included.
Possible Additional Charges:
*Stays of 4 weeks plus have a limit on the amount of gas, electricity and water of $100 pcm.
Broadband or Dial Up Internet may be available at some units. Please discuss this with us at the time of enquiry/booking.
Telephone call costs apply (POA). All units except Wonga Park have phones connected for incoming calls, however, they can be connected for outgoing calls and then billed monthly or part thereof. The telephone rental is included in the unit charge.
Please leave the unit clean and tidy or additional cleaning costs apply.
Cot Hire: $35.00 pw (if available)
Additional persons to designated maximum (refer brochure)-$30 pw
Complimentary Clean and Access to the Units:
We respect your privacy but on occassions we require access to the unit.
A complimentary clean of the kitchen and bathrooms is provided for all stays exceeding 12 weeks, at a time to be identified.
